Use of the website entails the full and complete acceptance of the general terms of use as set out below. Because these terms of use are subject to change or complement at any time, users of the website are invited to review them on a regular basis.
This site is normally accessible by users at all times. UGOLF may however interrupt its availability in order to perform technical maintenance. In that instance, it will endeavour to communicate the dates and times when it expects the site to be down, to its users in advance.

The purpose of the website is to provide information about all of the company’s and its subsidiaries’ activities.
UGOLF endeavours to communicate information on which is as accurate as possible. Nonetheless, it shall not be held responsible for any omitted, inaccurate or insufficient information, whether from itself or from its partners that provided the information to UGOLF.
All the information presented on is purely indicative and is subject to change. Further, does not claim to offer exhaustive information. It is provided subject to any subsequent developments occurring since its publication online.


Contractual limitations of liability relating to technical aspects

The website shall not be held responsible for any material damage resulting from use of the site. Additionally, the website’s users agree to access the website on recent hardware that contains no viruses and using an up-to-date, latest-generation browser.

UGOLF either owns the intellectual property rights or holds a licence to use all the elements that are accessible on the website, namely including its texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, audio and software.
Any reproduction, broadcasting, modification, publication or adaptation of any or all of the elements on the website is prohibited without the express prior written authorization of UGOLF, regardless of the means or process used to do so.

Limitation of liability

UGOLF shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damaged caused to the user’s hardware when accessing and resulting from the use of hardware which does not meet the specifications indicated above, or for the appearance of a bug or any incompatibility issues.
In addition, UGOLF shall not be held responsible for any indirect damage (such as loss of a contract or a business opportunity) ensuing from use of the website
Interactive spaces (such as the ability to ask questions on the contact page) are available to users. UGOLF reserves the right to delete any content submitted in such spaces, with no prior warning, which may violate the applicable legislation in France, particularly provisions relating to personal data protection. As applicable, UGOLF also reserves the right to implicate a user’s civil and/or criminal liability, namely in the case of posting a racist, offensive, defamatory or pornographic message, regardless of the means used (text, photograph, etc.).
