About the golf
Mar Menor Golf Course is located in Spain’s Murcia region, near the town of Torre Pacheco, 5 kilometres from the Mar Menor, the large inland sea that gave the site its name. The course is surrounded by mountains, on the location of an old citrus orchard, and stretches across 59 hectares of land.
HISTORY
Its first nine holes were designed by Dave Thomas, and the back nine by Nicklaus Design, with broad fairways and widely diverse scenery.
