About the golf
HISTORY
The north course was designed by Alvaro Arana and opened in June 2006. The south course was likewise created by Alvaro Arana and opened in October 2003.

The course
2 x 18 holes: Par 72. Lengths: 6,095 and 6,148 metres.
The two 18-hole courses, surrounded by pine and orange trees, pass through wetlands and open onto spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, offering a unique experience to anyone playing there.

The lessons
LESSONS
The golf school is run by the prestigious Scottish pro Peter Ballingall.
The author of multiple publications, his book Learn Golf in a Weekend has sold more than 500,000 and has been translated into nine languages.
His method is a combination of technique and psychology. His motto that “anyone can play golf better, naturally” has won over everyone from expert golfers to beginners.
Peter Ballingall and his team have designed a programme of private lessons and group classes, suitable for any skill level. Classes are given in English, French and Spanish.
The services
HOTEL
Precise Resort El Rompido is located in the heart of a peaceful nature preserve, which makes it one of the most beautiful regions in the south of Spain, just an hour away from the airports of Seville and Faro.
The complex features a 5-star hotel and 4-star flats. The hotel has 184 rooms and 12 suites, and the residential hotel, with its 305 flats with one or two bedrooms, offers an unforgettable holiday experience for families.
Lastly, the luxury Villas del Rompido are directly connected to the golf course and the marina via a footbridge and golf carts. The complex also boasts fantastic amenities (a social club, swimming pools, tennis and paddle courts, and more).
Restaurant
The restaurant La Terraza is open from 8:30 am to 7 pm. It has various areas with different atmospheres: the orange tree patio, the indoor dining room, the balcony over the 9th hole and the magnificent terrace with a view of Holes 1, 9 and 18 and of El Rompido cove and marina. In the summertime, La Terraza stays open in the evening for dinner or for a drink to the tune of the best music.
CONFERENCE ROOMS
La Terraza is also an ideal venue for any type of event: cocktail receptions, lunches, dinners, wedding receptions, parties, etc.
Proshop
The shop at the entrance to the clubhouse sells prestigious brands like Ralph Lauren, Daily Sports, Ralph Lauren, FootJoy, Geox, Callaway and Ashworth.
