About the golf
HISTORY
Metz Golf Course was built on old farmland in 1990. It was designed by the architect R. Berthet. Jean-Marie Rausch, a former Mayor of Metz, was behind the whole project. After travelling to the United States, where it is not uncommon to find golf courses in industrial areas, he was inspired to create this urban golf course.

OPEN DAILY
High season
from April 1 to October 31 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on weekends
Low season
from November 1 to March 31 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The course
- 18 holes: Par 71. Length: 5,800 metres.
It offers a combination of technical holes surrounded by modern architecture and other holes in the forest. Its layout is suitable for players of any level.
PRACTICE AREAS
- Driving range: 30 covered bays and 5 bays on grass
- Pitching green
- Putting green
- Pitch & putt: 6 holes for a smooth introduction to golf.

The lessons
UGOLF Academy
Golf classes are taught by certified instructors on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sunday mornings. Metz Technopole Golf Course is very active in training new golfers, particularly young people, for whom clinics are held during all French school holidays.
GOLF SCHOOL
Enriching, dynamic classes are punctuated by entertainment. Your children will be able to blossom on the course while improving as they earn their French Golf Federation flags.

Since 1991, the restaurant at Metz Technopole Golf Course will welcome you in an extraordinary, idyllic setting. It is open to anyone, 10 minutes from the centre of Moselle’s capital city.
